Balanced stay in the city

clean room friendly staff stained carpeting faulty air conditioning

The room was very clean. It had a mini fridge and a TV with options like YouTube and screen mirroring. Staff were friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. Bathrooms were also very clean and offered nice amenities like hair dryers and shampoo.

The carpeting had multiple stains all over it, even in the hallways. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the room was very warm. I asked for it to be fixed, but that did not happen.

The breakfast was very good (especially the variety of fresh pastries). The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. I was leaving early one morning, and the hotel prepared a takeaway breakfast. The hotel asked about any specific dietary needs too.

the staff were friendly and helpful . the location was convenient (it was near the places i wanted to visit). the room itself was clean upon arrival.

The elevator's key card system seemed faulty. It often required several attempts to operate properly. the furniture in my room was worn. the air conditioning in the room didn't work effectively.

perfect service seamless convenience

i found the location excellent for sightseeing everything about the hotel worked great the hotel staff booked trips prior to my stay i received fantastic service they went the extra mile making everything seamless and convenient.

the hotel room had dated furniture the decor felt sparse and dark it lacked natural light it impacted the overall feel of the suite.

clean room premium room many choices

the room was clean and i had a premium room. breakfast included many choices and i ate very well. reception staffs were helpful and friendly. i also liked the water dispensers that minimize plastic bottle usage.

the gym seemed a little dark and not so spacious.

i received a room upgrade to a premium room. the room featured slippers and a robe. breakfast offered a diverse selection of tasty options. the hotel's proximity to a tram stop added convenience. but the hotel was really quiet at night!
